Agree. BUT, the damage this staff has apparently done over 5-6 years can't be underestimated. To rebuild those relationships and get classes of recruits to commit then go through the development process...That takes time where results from those kids won't show up immediately. Whoever Coach Next is, his first recruit class results won't show impact for minimum 2 years if the majority redshirts.

Now. I do agree with you VT needs to invest the $$$$ into recruiting staff, better marketing, even more facilities specifically sports science...gotta give kids a reason or reasons outside of school, major, coaches to commit and stay at a place isolated from metro areas. I think this point gets lost on some VT fans.
